Step 1

We add coconut water (or green tea!) and pure cane sugar to our brewing kettle. It’s a kettle, but huge. Mix! Boil! Cool.

Step 2

The mix moves to a fermenter, meeting some yeast along the way. One thing leads to another, and alcohol is born!

Step 3

Fermentation finishes off during maturation, then the brew is chilled to prep the remaining yeast to say its goodbyes.

Step 4

We use a fancy centrifuge to spin the remaining yeast out of the mixture.

Step 5

The brew moves to a bright tank where we add the final deliciousness (more coconut water or green tea + fruit juices and purees).

Step 6

The finished batch of LQD is pasteurized, packaged, and shipped. Then you go and buy some (or at least that’s the idea).

WHAT GOES INTO THE BREWING KETTLE?

HARD COCONUT WATER

Oh, coconut water. How could we begin to describe you? You’re fat free, low in sugar, and you pack a hydrating punch with electrolytes like magnesium and potassium. We can’t get enough.

HARD GREEN TEA

You ancient beauty, you. 3000 years later, you’re still bringing the metabolism, immune, and brain health support we didn’t know we needed. We owe you, big time.
